• Professional Installation: Our experienced technicians will install your swimming pool heat pump, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with your pool’s existing circulation system.
• Location Limitation: Installation is limited to within 3 meters of the swimming pool’s circulation pump to ensure optimal efficiency and performance of the heat pump.
• Valves Included: The service includes the provision of 2 isolation valves and 1 bypass valve, critical for the effective operation and maintenance of the heat pump system.
• Base Construction: All necessary building work for the heat pump’s base is included within the service cost, accommodating a maximum thickness/height of 200mm and dimensions extending no more than 300mm all around from the edge of the heat pump casing.

Exclusions:

• Electrical Installation: The service does not cover electrical installation. If the existing supply to the pool pump’s DB is insufficient, any required electrical modifications will be the responsibility of the client.
• De-Installation: Removal of an existing unit is not included in this service offering.
• Areas Outside Gauteng: Installation services are primarily offered within Gauteng. For locations outside this area, please contact POOL DUDEZ to confirm availability and potential additional travel costs.

Special Note:

• All necessary pipes, fittings, and consumables, including the heat pump, must be present on-site for our team to commence installation. If additional materials are required to complete the installation, these will be charged to the final account, including the costs of the products and any extra travel or time incurred.

• Installation services are available within Gauteng EAST. Clients from areas outside Gauteng EAST should reach out to POOL DUDEZ for confirmation of service availability and any additional charges.
